Over the course of my professional career, I have had nearly an equal split between design and technical duties. I have broad experience in information systems, troubleshooting both Macintosh and Windows platforms at the hardware, software, and system level.
At my most resent position, I was responsible for maintaining the company's network, provide training, computer repair, and web site design/admin. Previous experience included working as an Apple Specialist where I troubleshot and repaired Macintosh computers.
