Specialized in web site design and technical consulting. Also provided research and market analysis, design services, and computer repair. Exclusive Contract for design and maintenance of SAi web site, the largest screen printer in the Pacific Northwest. General Partner • Digital Phoenix • Twin Falls, ID • 2003 – 2004.
Recruited to join company as a General Partner. Business provides apparel services for companies including Walt Disney Parks & Resorts, and California State Parks. Assumed IS Manager role; responsible for company's network, training, computer repair/maintenance, web site design/admin, and graphic design work.
Apple Specialist • University of Idaho Bookstore • Moscow, ID • 1999 – 2001.
Provided Apple authorized repair, maintenance, and upgrades of customers' computers. Duties included: Macintosh troubleshooting and repairs, computer sales, parts ordering and receiving, customer service, inventory control, and software consultation.
