Elvis - 25th Anniversary
On February 15th the Supervisory Board of the Graceland Museum in Memphis, Tennessee will be issuing the "concept guidelines" for the developing new designs which celebrate the 25th Anniversary of the passing of Elvis Prestley.
SAi/ScreenWerks in Jerome has been selected as one of the few design studios in the world, to receive these concepts and will submit designs considered for publication.
This Idaho firm has been selected because many of the highest selling designs current at the Graceland Mansion have been produced in Jerome.
SAi, will have approximately 4 weeks to create rough designs back to Graceland, collaborate with the board to make adjustments and create 8-12 design prototypes for review.
Freelance Artists would like to be involved with this type of design program should attend an orientation session in the Conference Room the Jerome Public Library at 7 pm on Tuesday February 12th.

On-Press Opportunities
Beginning on October 1, 2001 designs and graphics which have only been sold in limited locations or exclusively to large retailers will be available.
Each week, SAi/ScreenWerks i.e., has a wide variety of designs On-Press which will never be seen in the West. While most of these designs are exclusive and cannot be sold to the public (like the Indiana Jones ® and Star Wars ® designs for Lucas Marketing), some designs are in-house productions for sampling, presentations or experimenting with new techniques.
Our On-Press program will allow local retailers to purchase unique designs on quality garments at WalMart wholesale prices. This program will allow retailers to order in small quantities and customize the design for their local customers.
Interested retailers can contact David Shewfelt at SAi/ScreenWerks (208) 324-0697 for more information about this program. |
