The Management Team
Strategic Alliances International, Inc. was formed to facilitate a state-of-the-art approach to the wholesale, retail and promotional aspects of the garment industry. This company will be moving design, production, administrative and communication facilities to Jerome, Idaho. The organization will retain international sales and marketing staff in New York City as well as a national sales office in Santa Rosa, California.

This is an Idaho based, corporation with a national and international client base. The principal companies which are merging into SAi are:

Kenneth Cohan - President/CEO
A native of New York City, Mr. Cohan graduate from Ridder University with a Bachelors Degree in Marketing in 1972. He hired by DaeWoo America to develop the garment portion of the Korean company. He served in various marketing, sales and product development position before becoming President, Division of Sovereign Industries of DaeWoo America in 1979.

In 1982 Kenneth Cohan became President of DaeWoo America, charged with product development, sales and national marketing. He spent six years specifically involved in new product development and finance. At departure in 1988, he had build the Garment Division to the largest international exporter of apparel to the United States with $1.2 billion in annual sales.

In 1988, Kenneth Cohan founded G.G.C. Trading Corporation with offices in the Empire State Building, New York City. G.G.C. Trading Corporation represents textile mills and garment manufacturers in the United States with direct or indirect sales to virtually every national retailer.

Wesley D. Purdy - Sr. VP Production
Wes Purdy graduated from the College of Idaho with a Bachelor of Science Degree, 1972, from Stanford University, 1975 in Purchasing Logistics and in 1982 from the University of Oregon, in Economics.

From 1982 to 1985, Wes was the General Manager for DCI Sport, three stores that sold high-end sportswear and garments. From 1985-89 he was the Regional Merchandise Manager for the Snug Company, managing eight locations that sold ski and sportswear in the intermountain west.

Wes Purdy is currently the owner and President of Contract Marketing, Inc., dba Screenwerks, a silkscreen and embroidery company located in Ketchum, Idaho. He is also the President of Excess Sagebrush, Inc., which, includes the Ski Company, a manufacturer of freestyle skis and operates clothing stores in Ketchum, Idaho and Park City, Utah.

Ronald Cohan - Chief Financial Officer
Ronald Cohan was born, raised and currently resides in New York City. He graduated from the University of Richmond in Business Management. He worked with the William Morris Agency in New York for twelve (12) years before moving to American Talent International for an additional fourteen (14) years. He joined G.G.C. Trading, at its inception in 1988 as the Chief Financial Officer, where he continues to this day.

Wesley A. Gates - Sr. VP Design/Art Director
Wesley Gates graduated from Washington State University in 1974 with Degrees in Political Science & Secondary Education with minors in Fine Arts and Economics. In 1980, he purchased Moore Publishing Company in Twin Falls and was nominated by Dun & Bradstreet to Inc. magazine's 500 Fastest Growing Companies in 1989.

In 1991, he and his wife took their new company JFm Graphic Design, 100% digital and narrowed the focus of the company to the garment industry. They have won numerous National and International awards for digital artwork and design. They are popular guest speakers and instructors about computer art and graphic and are recognized experts in digital imaging. Their client base is international and involves them in economic development issues in the textile industry from South Africa to China.

Wes is one of the few recognize consultants permitted access to the Wal-Mart and Sam's Club database to manage inventory and distribution for various and multiple vendors.

Jeff Houck - Chief Telecommunications Officer
Jeff Houck left the United States Navy with Computer Technician certification and experience with computer controlled simulators and avionics. Jeff worked for First Foto in St. Louis developing digital control systems for cameras. He has been in the business of software development for remote sensing devices and control systems. From 1986-90 he worked for Toyota Motors developing parts, inventory control and ordering systems.

Jeff is currently a partner in North Rim Communications and is the Systems Administrator for the Internet Service Provider. Jeff has been an active programmer for more than 20 years and is proficient in programming and assembly languages including Basic, C, C++, LISP, Prolog, and UNIX.

For the last five years he as been working in HTML, XML, Perl, PHP and Java. He has used these skills to develop the E3 system used to construct the models for SAi.
